Then my dream shifted until I was in a field making flowers grow twice their size Instantly and this old magician walked up to me and said that I was doing magic and I argued with him that I wasn't.. XD

2010-03-03 [IonicRose]: Mine are 'camo' eyes as one of my friends calls them. From a distance they look blue or green depending on what color I'm wearing, but for the most part green. Then when you look closely my iris has a dark blue outline, then is green, with little brown streaks closest to my pupil. ^_^

I've had the same thing. I was being chased in a dream, I woke up and my legs were tired... and sprawled out like I had been running.
For the scratches from the night, I once dreamt that something had strangled me(yes, I have VERY violent dreams)... I woke up and had three HUGE long scratches on my neck... and my own hand was loosely around my neck. O.O
2010-11-15 [KnightAngel]: For my arms to actually feel that heavy I would have to lift my bodyweight continually for quite a while, otherwise sure I could maybe go along with that :P Besides I woke up exactly like I had gone to sleep even in the same pose ^^ And by the way about your dreams, maybe you should lay of the caffeine if you take in, cause that can very easily be cause of such "physical dreams" as one can call it, not trying to act all smart just trying to help ^^ I saw it in a documentary about exactly stuff like that

That made me SO angry. That is part of the reason why people have such bad images of themselves.
And to think that companies out there are allowed to bully others so freely... Not right at all.
And for that other picture...
I can honestly say that that using a rubber band actually really does help.
I have a very high fiery temper and when I'm depressed or upset, it flares up really fast.
Using the rubber band adds that little snap sensation in the skin, and the repetitiveness of it is relaxing.(for me anyways.)
